A contract is the thing you actually manage: one head contract or subcontract, with its own parties, reference dates, retention and claim history. You can serve twelve claims against it or forty, for the same price.

Common questions

What counts as a contract?

One head contract or subcontract, with its own parties, reference date mechanism, retention or security, schedule of works and claim history. Separable portions of the same contract are not counted separately.

Am I charged per payment claim?

No. Claims are not metered. Whether you serve one claim a month or several across separable portions, the price is the same.

What happens when a job finishes?

Mark the contract inactive. It stops being billed from the following month, and its claims, schedules and documents stay readable and exportable.

Is there a contract or a lock-in?

No minimum term and no notice period. Billing is monthly, and the first contract costs nothing at all.

Do I keep my data if I stop paying?

Your contracts, claims, payment schedules and documents are yours. Claim packs and the record behind them export as PDFs at any time, so the history of what you served and when does not sit only inside Paystruct.
